How To Determine Your "Lucky" Numbers

Lucky numbers work to some people; to others, they don't. I personally have nothing in particular. I have nothing against it either. If some numbers give you luck and make you happy, go for it. If you believe otherwise, I'm not here to convince you. But anyway, let me teach you how those star-psychics, whatever they call themselves, come up with what they say your lucky numbers.

Here's how astrologers, horoscopers, fortune tellers, zodiacist, and feng shoids determine your lucky numbers. They follow certain procedures but I'll demonstrate the short cut.

Based on your date of birth, add every single digit. For example, if your date of birth is 04-23-1988, sum the digits as follows: 4 + 2 + 3 + 1 + 9 + 8 + 8. The result is 35. Then, add again the 2 digits, 3 + 5 = 8. The number 8 is your "lucky number". Numerologists call it a significant number rather than a lucky number. There are two exceptional numbers: 11 and 22. These are the numbers that you don't add the digits to reduce them to 2 and 4 respectively. So, if the sum of your birth date is 38, 3 + 8 = 11. The number 11 is your "lucky number". How to use this to your advantage is already beyond my means. You can devise your own strategy. I can share though how some people do it.

Follow this formula:

Lotto Number = birth month + birth day + current date + your significant number (aka lucky number)
